- 4 eggs;
- salt to taste;
- cumin to taste;
- pepper to taste;
- ½ cup chopped parsley;
- 3 cloves of crushed garlic;
- 1 large red pepper, chopped;
- 4 large, ripe and chopped tomatoes;
- 1 large onion, chopped.
First, take a frying pan and fry the onion over high heat, when it starts to become transparent add the pepper and let it fry for another 5 minutes.
