1 - Guacamole
See the ingredients of this typical Mexican recipe, which has avocado as its base:

- 3 avocados or avocados;
- 1 grated onion;
- 1 chili pepper, chopped and seeded;
- 1 seedless tomato, chopped;
- salt to taste;
- lemon juice;
- chips or doritos to go with it.
Start by removing the avocado pulp and placing it in a bowl, mash it with a fork and form a paste.
Add the grated onion, chopped tomato and pepper, stir well and add the lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper if you like.
Stir well until smooth and transfer to a small bowl, then serve with chips or Doritos and that's it!
2 - Avocado mayonnaise

- 1/2 cup of olive oil;
- 2 tablespoons of mustard (optional);
- juice of 1 lemon;
- fresh herbs to taste (cilantro, parsley or other herbs of your choice);

- salt to taste.
It seems like a lot of ingredients, but in reality, the recipe is extremely simple to prepare.
You just need to put them all in the blender and blend until it turns into a paste or cream, like mayonnaise, transfer to a jar and serve.
3 - Low carb avocado popsicle

- 1/2 cup of cashew nuts;
- ½ cup of sweetener;
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice;
- ½ cup of water;
- 1 medium, ripe avocado.
Place the chestnut and water in a blender and blend until creamy. Add the avocado, lemon juice and sweetener and blend until completely mixed and smooth.
In disposable cups or popsicle molds, place the cream and leave in the freezer for 5 hours or until firm. The perfect recipe for hot days.
4 - Avocado and ginger smoothie

- 1 tablespoon of organic demerara sugar;
- 80ml of natural yogurt.
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger;
- ½ cup of water.

Just put all the ingredients in the blender and blend for about 2 minutes, when it is smooth, transfer it to a glass and it's ready.
