  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar;
  • Parsley to taste;
  • Salt to taste;
  • 1 avocado;
  • 2 Italian tomatoes;
  • 2 Japanese cucumbers.

Start by cutting the main ingredients, such as mango, cucumber, avocado and tomatoes, preferably cutting them into small cubes.

Add all the ingredients to a bowl, season with whatever you like, such as salt and parsley, and if you prefer, you can even add lemon juice.

Leave it in the fridge for a while before consuming, and when it is cooler, eat it with food or without it.

2 – Beetroot and carrot salad with peanuts

  • Juice of ½ lemon;
