1 – Ham and cheese omelette
For this recipe you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 dash of oil;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 thin slices of cheese;
- 2 thin slices of ham;
- seasoning to taste;
- salt to taste;
- coriander and onion to taste.
In a bowl, break the eggs and add the seasonings you want, such as salt, paprika, pepper and whatever else you want, and mix well.

Take some of the chopped coriander and onion and add it to the bowl as well, mixing it in afterwards.
Heat a frying pan over low heat, add a dash of oil and add the rest of the onion and coriander and let it sauté a little. Meanwhile, chop the cheese and ham slices.
Pour the seasoned egg over the sautéed mixture in the pan, and add the ham and cheese pieces on top. Turn the heat to medium and let it cook a little.
Then, using a spatula, turn one side of your omelette so that it is closed. Fry both sides and then it will be ready to serve!
2 – Potato rosti

- ½ cup of diced bacon;
- 3 cloves of minced garlic;
- 400g of grated mozzarella;
- 300g of chopped ham;
- Salt and pepper to taste;
- 1 cup of grated parmesan tea;
- 1 packet or 400g of frozen and crushed frying potatoes – for the recipe, remove from the freezer 5 minutes before using.
Start by frying the bacon, you don't need oil, let it fry in its own fat until golden, when it reaches this point add the onion and garlic to sauté.
Mix with the potato and parmesan, don't forget to season well with salt and pepper to taste.
In a frying pan, place some of your potato mixture, and place the ham and mozzarella on top.
On top, place a little more of the batter to cover it. It is usually made into a disk and you can arrange it with a slotted spoon to make it more even.
Leave your disk on medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until it starts to turn golden.
This recipe allows you to make two rosti, so divide the dough into 4 to make two bases and two toppings.
