To start preparing you have to mix the tapioca, salt to taste and egg in a bowl.
And with a drizzle of olive oil in your frying pan, heat it and pour the mixture tapioca, salt and egg.
To flip your crepioca, wait for it to come away from the bottom of the pan, and as soon as possible you should flip it over and add the cheese, tomato and oregano.
