1 – Eggs parmigiana
Chicken and beef parmigiana are normal, right? But have you ever heard of eggs parmigiana? For this recipe you will need the following ingredients:

- 6 whole eggs
- oregano to taste
- 6 slices of mozzarella cheese
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 300 grams of tomato sauce
And to start the preparation you will need to put a frying pan on low heat, add just a dash of oil and start adding the eggs, but leave them separate.
At this stage, be careful not to splash oil or open a rotten egg, we don't want that!
Cover your frying pan and wait for the egg whites to start turning white. When they are white, add the egg whites. salt, pepper and any seasonings you want.
Place the sauce on top, then the mozzarella slices, then sprinkle with oregano.
Cover the pan again and let it cook until you reach the consistency you prefer for your yolk, and then serve.
2 – Pan-fried couscous with egg
Check out the ingredients for your pan-fried couscous:
- 4 tablespoons of water
- 1 egg
- cream cheese to taste
- hearts of palm to taste
- grated cheese to taste
- 4 tablespoons corn couscous
- butter to grease the pan
- 3 diced cherry tomatoes
To prepare, first gather all the ingredients, and place the couscous and water in a bowl, let it soak for 10 minutes.
Grease your frying pan with butter and add the couscous, shaping it like an omelette. Place over low heat, cover and wait 3 minutes for it to start cooking.
After removing the lid, add your egg and season with whatever you like, as well as adding grated cheese and tomato.
Finish with the hearts of palm if desired, add the cream cheese and cover again to cook, until the yolk reaches the desired consistency or when the cheese melts.
You can close the couscous if you want, but eating it open also works. And then you can serve it to whoever you want and with whatever you want.
