  • 2 and ½ cups (tea) of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast chemical powder for cakes
  • 1 ½ cups of thick oats
  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  1. In a bowl, place the butter, sugar, and vanilla and mix well. Add the butter and eggs and mix. Gradually add the yeast, oats, and flour to the same bowl.
  2. Make balls and place them spaced out on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Bake the cookies at 200º for 20 minutes or until the bottom and sides are golden brown.
  3. The center will be lighter and soft. Remove from the oven and let cool. Store in a sealed container.

2 – BANANA AND OAT PANCAKE

  • 2 cups of sour cassava starch
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 300 grams of grated cheese

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  1. Mix the water with the sour cassava flour. Add the eggs and mix. Then add the oats, salt and cheese. Mix together. Grease your hands and make equal balls.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  2. In a glass bowl, mix the honey and brown sugar. Microwave for 30 seconds. Add cinnamon and vanilla and stir until smooth.
  3. Then add the oats and chestnuts and mix a little more. Line a small baking tray with parchment paper and grease with butter.
  4. Spread this mixture over the parchment paper and press the dough together to form a block. Bake for about 35 minutes in the oven at 180ºC or until the edges are golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Transfer to a clean surface and then cut the bars into strips.
