1 – PEACH, YOGURT AND HONEY DELIGHT: ONE OF THE DESSERTS WITH HONEY FOR TWO

INGREDIENTS (02 servings)

  • 01 Can of peaches in syrup
  • 02 Natural yogurts
  • 01 and a half tablespoons of honey
  • 01 Dessert spoon of vanilla essence
  • 02 tablespoons of light cream cheese
  • Maria biscuits (to taste)

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  1. Drain the peaches well and then mash them until they form a puree. Divide the puree between serving bowls and place in the freezer for 10 minutes to cool. 
  2. Roughly chop the Maria biscuits and set aside. In a large bowl, place the yogurt, cream cheese and vanilla essence.
  3. Beat until you get a creamy and fluffy consistency, then add the honey and mix well. Divide the yogurt between the bowls and place on top of the peach puree.
  4. Place it back in the freezer for approximately 30 minutes before serving.

TIP FOR SERVING THIS DESSERT WITH HONEY:

Before serving, decorate with crushed biscuits and peach pieces.

2 – DESSERTS WITH HONEY IN A BAIN MARIE: HONEY PUDDING

INGREDIENTS (08 servings)

  • 12 Eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of Honey
  • 1 tablespoon of Oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
  • 500g Sugar
  • Grated rind of 1 lemon

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender, do not blend too much. Pour the mixture into a round pan previously greased with butter.
  2. Bake in a bain-marie, in a medium oven (170º), for about an hour.

TIP: Serve preferably in the pan in which it is made. (If you prefer to unmold, let it cool first).

3 – HONEYCOMBS

INGREDIENTS (15 servings)

  • 80 gr Butter
  • 160 g Sugar
  • 80 gr Flower Honey
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. Place all the ingredients except the bicarbonate over low heat, in a high saucepan (the mixture will foam a lot).
  2. When the sugar and butter have melted, increase the heat until boiling for 5 minutes, without ever stirring with spoons, just stir lightly.
  3. Once it has a golden color and some foam, add the bicarbonate and turn off the heat. Then place on a tray lined with baking paper and let it cool before cutting and serving.

4 – DESSERTS WITH HONEY FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY: HONEY BISCUITS

TIP: Cut into small pieces and serve!

INGREDIENTS (08 servings)

  • 180g of butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup of honey
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powdered
  • 3 1/4 cups of sugar flour
  • Cinnamon qb

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, place the butter and sugar and beat until creamy. Add the honey, egg, cinnamon and flour. Beat until a dough forms.
  2. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead it a little. Make a ball, wrap it in cling film and place it in the freezer. 
  3. Leave in the fridge for 1 hour or up to two days at most. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it is the desired thickness, but do not leave it too thin. Cut the dough into the desired shape.
  4. Then place the cookies on baking trays lined with baking paper and bake in a moderate oven for approximately 5 minutes or until they start to turn golden. 
  5. Remove from the oven and, while still hot, coat them in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Let them cool and store in well-sealed jars.

TIP: With the leftovers, wrap and roll out the dough again, cutting hearts into smaller shapes, so you don't waste dough.

5 – DESSERTS WITH HONEY TO START THE DAY: HONEY CAKE

INGREDIENTS (08 servings)

  • 1 dl = 100 ml
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 dessert spoon of cinnamon powdered
  • 2 dl of oil
  • 2 dl of honey
  • eggs
  • 200 grams of sugar

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, separate the egg yolks from the whites, beat the egg yolks with the honey, olive oil, cinnamon and lemon zest. 
  2. Separately, beat the egg whites until stiff and add the sifted sugar little by little. Slowly mix the egg yolk mixture, honey and olive oil with the beaten egg whites and sugar.
  3. Finally, add the previously sifted flour. Pour the mixture into a well-greased pan and bake at 180º.

TIP: Serve with a good coffee

7 – ONE OF THE MOST IRRESISTIBLE DESSERTS WITH HONEY: HONEYMOON BREAD

INGREDIENTS (15 servings)

MASS:

  • 125 ml warm milk
  • 4 tablespoons of butter melted
  • eggs integers
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar
  • 30 g fresh yeast
  • 500 g of flour wheat, more or less

FILLING:

  • 1 ¹/² heaped tablespoon of corn starch
  • 1/2 can of cream
  • 1/2 can of condensed milk
  • 350 ml of milk
  • 2 sifted egg yolks

COVERAGE:

  • Grated coconut 150 g
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 250 ml of milk

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. Beat the milk, eggs, butter, sugar and salt in a blender, then add the yeast. Add the wheat flour until the dough reaches a consistency that is not too dry.
  2. Then make balls and let them rise for half an hour, or until they double in size.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC until golden on top, for 30 minutes, but be careful that the bottom is slightly golden. Let it cool.
  4. Filling: Bring to a boil until thickened and let cool.
  5. Roof: Mix the first 3 ingredients and set aside.
  6. Assembly: Cut the breads in half, once they are cold, and fill them with the cream. Then dip the breads in the syrup and then in the grated coconut.

TIP: Serve with cold coffee or juice.
