    Recipe with stuffed zucchini

    See the ingredients to prepare stuffed zucchini:

    • 4 medium zucchini;
    • 50 grams of grated parmesan;
    • 1 chopped onion;
    • 2 chopped tomatoes;
    • green smell to taste;
    • black pepper to taste;
    • salt to taste;
    • 300 grams of ground beef;
    • 2 crushed garlic cloves;
    • 100g of chopped bacon.

    After separating all the necessary ingredients, you will have to cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and remove the pulp.

    In a pan with water and salt, place the zucchini to cook and reserve them for later.

    Now in another pan add a little oil, onion, garlic and let it sauté. Then add the bacon and let it fry a little with the other ingredients.

    Also add the ground meat, salt, pepper and fry a little or until the meat starts to take on color. When it's good, add the chopped tomato and zucchini pulp to cook.

    At this stage also add the green scent and you can turn off the heat. Place the zucchini canoes side by side in a baking dish and fill with ground meat.

    Add the grated cheese on top and place in the oven to melt for as long as necessary. When you see that they are browned, just remove and serve with whatever you want.

    The interesting thing about this recipe is that you can adapt it to your tastes, adding corn, olives, more cheese (which is never too much) and whatever you want.

    You will need the following ingredients:

    • 1 zucchini;
    • 50 grams of grated parmesan;
    • 1 teaspoon of olive oil;
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 2 garlic cloves;
    • black pepper to taste;
    • salt to taste;
    • water.

    Start by washing and slicing the zucchini into very thin slices and set aside. In a pot mix the olive oil, water, lemon juice and garlic, don't forget the salt and pepper for seasoning.

    Dip each of the zucchini slices in this mixture and then in the Parmesan cheese, like breading.

    It is important to preheat the airfryer for 5 minutes at 200°C first, and then you can bake for 20 minutes.
