1 - Heart of palm stroganoff
See the ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of butter;
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce;
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup;
- 1 cup of fresh cream;
- 1 jar of chopped hearts of palm;
- Salt and pepper to taste;
- 1 large onion;
- 300 grams of fresh sliced mushrooms.
In a pan, heat the butter and onion over medium heat and let it sauté for 3 minutes.
Then add the mushrooms and sauté for another 5 minutes. Then you can add the hearts of palm, salt and pepper, and let it sauté for another minute.

Once done, add the cream, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup, let it boil for 5 minutes and remove from the oven to serve. Easy, right?
2 - Broccoli gratin

- 5 cups of cooked broccoli;
- 3 tablespoons of butter;
- 1 clove of chopped garlic;
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour;
- 2 cups of milk.
- 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
- salt, nutmeg and black pepper to taste;
- 1 cup of cream.
Separate all the ingredients and in a pan, place a spoonful of butter to heat, let the garlic brown and sauté the broccoli, season with pepper, salt and whatever else you want and you can take it out of the oven.
Place the remaining butter in another pan and mix with the flour, gradually add the milk and stir well until it begins to thicken.
Season with salt, nutmeg and black pepper, add the cream and stir well to incorporate. Remove from heat and add half of the cheese, stirring well.
Grease a bowl, container or pot with butter, add the broccoli, cream and grated cheese on top. Then, place in the oven for 15 minutes at 220°C, or until golden brown.
3 - Lentil burger
And for a lighter, fast food type option, we have the Lentil, check out the ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil;
- ½ cup of wheat flour;
- 1 teaspoon of cumin;
- 1 teaspoon of salt;
- 1 cup of lentils;
- 1 clove of minced garlic;
- ½ chopped onion.
- 4 cups of water;
- ½ cup of chopped parsley.
Start by cooking the lentils in water until they are soft, drain the water and transfer to a bowl.
Mix the seasonings with the lentils until they start to reach the point where they can be shaped. Make the burgers in the shape you want, and grill them in a non-stick frying pan with olive oil for approximately 3 minutes on each side.
