- 2 sachets of dry biological yeast
- 4 eggs
- 1 can of condensed milk
- Milk (the same amount as the can of condensed milk)
- 1 yolk
- 900 grams of unbleached wheat flour (equivalent to five and a half cups of flour)
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- First, in a blender, add a can of condensed milk, and leave the can aside because it will be used as a measure for other ingredients.
- Next, add the oil (the amount from the can of condensed milk). With the warm milk, add a measure from the can of condensed milk and pour in the four eggs, adding the yeast afterwards.
- In a blender, beat these ingredients for at least two minutes, so that everything is incorporated and has a homogeneous consistency. Now, in a large container, add the wheat flour and add the mixture from the blender. Use a spoon (you can use a wooden spoon) to mix well.
- This mixture must be very homogeneous, which may take some time. The ideal consistency for the dough is the same as for a cake, perhaps a little firmer, but it must be different from the kneaded dough.
- Then, cover the dough with a lid or a tea towel. Let the dough rest for 40 minutes or until it doubles in size. Transfer to a springform pan, pudding pan, or cake pan. The pan should be greased and floured.
