Banana Bread Recipe

Banana bread is a very simple option to prepare and of course delicious too.

See the ingredients needed for the bread:

  • 1 pinch of salt;
  • ½ cup of semi-sweet chocolate tea;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 4 mashed ripe bananas;
  • ¼ cup of milk.
  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • ½ cup of butter;
  • 2 cups of wheat flour tea;
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence;
  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon;
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda;
  • ½ cup of semi-sweet chocolate.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar, then add the mashed banana, milk, melted butter, salt, cinnamon and vanilla essence. Then mix a lot until it is very homogeneous.

Add the already sifted wheat flour, the baking soda and mix carefully so as not to activate the bicarbonate and make foam.

Finally, chop all the chocolate and add it to your mixture as well. Once ready, pour the bread dough into a greased and floured pan.

Place your banana bread to bake in a preheated oven at 180°C. To check if it's ready, do the old trick of poking it with a toothpick until it comes out completely clean, but it should last an average of 45 minutes depending on your stove.

We suggest adding walnuts, almonds or raisins if you like these other ingredients, they bring a delicious extra flavor to your bread.

Furthermore, when mixing the dough, be careful not to mix too much, as this will end up making your bread a bit heavy.

And whenever you can, use riper bananas, they are generally sweeter and contain more starch, which will help make your bread even fluffier.

It's not just a recipe, but a gastronomic journey that takes us back to our grandmothers' kitchens, filled with welcoming aromas and laughter around the table.

This versatile and delicious bread adapts to both breakfast as an afternoon snack, providing a flavor that soothes the palate and warms the heart.
