- 2 (soup) roasted and ground almonds

- 1 medium onion grated
- 2 peppers cut into strips
- 1 cup of dry white wine
- 2 and 1/2 cups (tea) of boiling water
- 1 tablet of crumbled chicken broth
- 2 tomatoes (skinless and seedless), chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- Black pepper to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Let's start this recipe by seasoning the chicken by adding a pinch of pepper. Then, sprinkle the chicken with wheat flour and fry it in a pan with hot olive oil, little by little.
- Then add the onion and wine and let it boil for a few more minutes. Then, add the water, the bay leaf, the chicken broth tablet (already dissolved with water in a glass) and finally the peppers. Leave it on the fire to cook for 40 minutes.
- When this time has passed, remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- Then add the cooked tomato sauce and add the almonds, tomato paste and, if necessary, add a little more hot water. 5 minutes are enough on the fire to cook this remaining part.
- Return the chicken to the pan and finish over the heat for another 5 minutes. Then just serve.
