Today we are going to look at a selection of sparkling wine drinks to prepare for any occasion you need.

Sparkling wine is a type of wine, usually white or rosé, that goes through two fermentation processes, and this second fermentation adds carbon dioxide to the wine, which becomes sparkling.
This fermentation can be done inside bottles, as is traditional, or inside tanks, in a process called Charmat.

Now let's get down to business, discover some drinks with sparkling wine that can be prepared easily.
Mimosa
Let’s start with a very popular brunch drink, the mimosa. To prepare it you will need:

- Three parts sparkling wine;
- One part orange juice.
Pour the sparkling wine and orange juice into a glass and mix gently, then add the rosemary to the rim of the glass to garnish. Easy, right?
Aperol Spritz
To prepare Aperol, separate the following ingredients:
- Ice;
- One part sparkling water or club soda;
- One part sparkling wine;
- Two parts aperol.
In a glass, add plenty of ice and add the Aperol, mix a little and then add the sparkling water or club soda.
Old Cuban
The Old Cuban is a classic cocktail that was created in the 2000s in New York. To make your own drink, prepare:
- Mint leaves;
- Ice to taste;
- Sparkling;
- 15ml sugar syrup;
- 60ml of rum;
- 2 drops of angostura;
- 30ml lemon juice;
- For decoration: lemon peel.
Muddle mint leaves in a cocktail shaker, then add ice, lemon juice, angostura bitters, rum, syrup and shake well, no technique required.
Pour the contents into a glass and top up with sparkling wine. Finally, decorate with lemon peel and a few more mint leaves.
Negroni Sbagliato
The Negroni is perfect for those who like stronger, bitter and different drinks. Check out the ingredients:
- 60ml sweet vermouth;
- 120ml of sparkling wine;
- Orange for decoration;
- Ice;
- 60ml of campari.
Place all ingredients, except the orange, in a cocktail shaker and shake.
Then, place it in a glass with some orange slices for decoration and you can drink your drink.
Belini
Try the Belini, a cocktail that appeared in Italy around 1940, it is very refreshing and delicious for those who like fruit.
- 2 shots of chilled sparkling wine;
- 1 shot of peach juice;
- Lemon drops.
In a glass, add the sparkling wine and peach juice, be sure to squeeze a few drops of lemon to enhance the flavor, and mix gently.
Kir Royal
If you want something more sophisticated to drink, Kir Royal is a great choice, especially for those who like sweeter drinks.
Check the ingredients:
- Blackcurrant liqueur;
- Sparkling.
In a glass, fill ⅕ with cassis liqueur and fill the rest with sparkling wine for your drink.
