- 1 lemon;
- 1 beer;
- ice to taste;
- 60 ml of alcohol, can be vodka, rum or tequila;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar.
To prepare your dirty beer, or beer caipirinha, start by washing the lemon and cutting it into 4 parts, then remove the white part.
Place the lemon parts in 2 glasses, then two in each glass, add the sugar and with a pestle start to crush.
Once it is well mashed and the lemon juice has come out and mixed with the sugar, it is time to add the beer, alcohol and ice, mix well and serve.
