  • ½ kilo of potatoes;
  • 1 medium carrot;
  • chopped coriander to taste;
  • Salt and pepper to taste;
  • ½ cup of cream;
  • 1 small onion;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • 500ml of water;
  • 1 bay leaf.

Start by cutting the potatoes and carrots into cubes, chop the garlic, coriander and onion, and then put water to boil.

Heat a pan over medium heat, add a dash of olive oil and sauté the garlic and onion. When they are golden, add the potatoes and carrots, the bay leaf and any seasonings you like, such as salt and pepper.

Mix well so that all the vegetables absorb the flavor of the seasoning and become more delicious.

Pour in the hot water that was boiling, cover the pan and let it cook for a while so that the vegetables become soft.

After it has been cooking for a while, remove at least ¼ of the broth and vegetables and blend in a blender, the idea is to turn it into a cream.
