Beef recipe with dark beer

  • 1.3kg of rump meat;
  • 200g sliced mushrooms;
  • 26ml or 2 tablespoons of oil;
  • 350ml of dark beer;
  • 5 cloves of garlic;
  • 30ml of Worcestershire sauce;
  • 2 units of onion.
  • 3 units of tomatoes;
  • Salt to taste;
  • Chopped green scent to taste;
  • Black pepper to taste.

To start preparing your meat with dark beer, place a pressure cooker over high heat and add the oil and meat;

Also place the spices like salt, pepper and let the meat brown on one side. When it is golden, turn it over and season the other side again, finally let it brown again.

When the meat is sealed, also add the garlic, onion, tomato, dark beer and Worcestershire sauce.

Cover the pressure cooker and let it cook for at least 40 minutes after it reaches pressure.

Wait for all the pressure to release before opening the pan and removing the meat. Do a taste test to see if the sauce tastes good, otherwise add salt and black pepper if necessary.

Let the sauce thicken, then cook for another 10 minutes in the pressure cooker.
