1 – Cheese ball
For this recipe, see the ingredients:
- oil for frying;
- 1 tablespoon of margarine;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- 1 cup of milk tea;
- white cheese or mozzarella to taste;
- 1 cup of wheat flour;
- 1 egg yolk.
To prepare this, you will need to add the milk, wheat flour, margarine, salt and egg yolk to a pan and heat. Stir with a fork until the dough starts to come away from the pan and let it cool.

Shape the dough into ball shape, put the cheese inside and close, then pass the dumpling in the egg yolk and breadcrumbs to fry.
2 – Brigadier
To prepare your brigadier, separate the following ingredients:
- 1 box of condensed milk;
- granulated;
- 1 tablespoon of unsalted margarine;
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
In a pan, add the condensed milk, margarine and cocoa powder and mix until incorporated. Then turn the heat to low and keep stirring until it starts to come away from the pan.
It is important that you do not stop stirring, otherwise it will burn. When it is finished, let it cool, make small balls and then roll them in the chocolate sprinkles.
3 – Carrot cake
Is there anything more traditional than carrot cake at a Brazilian party? See the ingredients needed for the dough:
- ½ cup of oil;
- 4 eggs;
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder;
- 3 carrots grated medium;
- 2 and ½ cups of wheat flour;
- 2 cups of sugar.
And for the topping you will need:
- 1 tablespoon of butter;
- 1 cup of milk tea;
- 1 cup of sugar;
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
To prepare the dough, place the carrots, eggs and oil in a blender and blend.
When it is more homogeneous, add the sugar and beat for another 5 minutes in the blender.
In a bowl, or in a mixer, also add the wheat flour to mix again.
When it is well incorporated, add the yeast and mix again with a spoon to make it completely homogeneous.
Once finished, place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes and let's move on to the topping!
To prepare the frosting, place the butter, sugar, milk and cocoa powder in a pan. Then heat and mix until it starts to become creamy and pour over the cake.
