  • 3 medium onions
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 picanha stock cubes
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  1. First, cut two onions and half of the peppers (each) into large cubes.
  2. As soon as you divide the meat into more or less three parts, place it in the pressure cooker in the way that fits.
  3. Now add the meat, peppers and onions to the pan and add a can of beer and two cubes of picanha stock. Then cook these ingredients in the pressure cooker for 50 minutes.
  4. Then, remove the meat from the pan and do not waste any of the broth that forms.
  5. Then, remove any fat from the shredded meat and return it to the pressure cooker. Add the tomato sauce sachet and the same amount of water as the sachet.
  6. Then, sauté 3 cloves of minced garlic, the onion slices and the remaining sliced peppers in a frying pan.
  7. Once the onions and peppers have cooked and melted to the point where they are more visible, pour the mixture into the pan and add half a can of beer to finish cooking.
  8. Finally, boil for five to ten minutes. And don't forget to add salt and pepper.
