- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped

- 1/2 chopped pepper
- 1 chopped tomato
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- hot water (enough to cover the meat)

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- First of all, start by cutting the rib into cubes and season it with salt, black pepper and vinegar. After mixing these ingredients well into the meat, set aside to rest for 30 minutes.
- Then, heat the oil in a pressure cooker and sauté with garlic. Also add and sauté the pepper and onion. Now add the ribs and fry until sealed, this takes about 15 minutes.

- Finally, open the pan, add the chopped green chilli and mix. Then serve immediately.
