  •  1 envelope of meat broth
  •  salt and black pepper

For the meat sauce:

  •  500 grams of ground beef
  •  100 grams of pepperoni sausage
  •  300 milliliters of tomato sauce
  •  1 large peeled tomato
  •  1 unit of onion
  •  2 garlic cloves
  •  2 tablespoons olive oil
  •  grated cheese
  •  dried thyme
  •  Black pepper
  •  salt

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  1. First, put the meat broth dissolved in water in a pan and add the cornmeal little by little, and in the meantime stir and cook so the cornmeal can absorb all the water and detach from the bottom of the pan.
  2. Then, turn off the heat, add the cream and mix, adding the flavor with salt and pepper.
