  • 1 chopped tomato

  • 3 cups (tea) of cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of chopped chives
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  1. Start the recipe with the filling, take a pan, add the olive oil, onion and garlic and heat over medium heat and sauté for about 3 minutes.
  2. Then add the tomato, extract, peas and corn and continue to sauté for another 3 minutes.
  3. Now, sauté for another 5 minutes, adding the chicken, parsley, salt, and pepper. Turn off the heat, add the cream cheese, and let it cool slightly. In a blender, blend the milk, oil, eggs, and salt.
  4. The next step is to transfer it to a bowl, add the flour and yeast and mix everything with a spoon.
  5. Then, with half of the dough, pour it into a 30cm X 22cm pan greased with flour and butter (or margarine), place the filling on top of the dough and then cover using the remaining dough.
  6. To finish, simply sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at medium heat for 40 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool and cut into squares to serve.
