- 5 egg whites
- 3 tablespoons of sugar

- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 small box of cream
For the chocolate brigadeiro:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 small box of cream
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
White chiffon:
- In a container, place the egg whites with half the sugar, beat until stiff, set aside.
- Now beat the egg yolks with the water and oil until foam forms, set aside.
- Sift the remaining dry ingredients over the egg yolk mixture and then add the beaten egg whites.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 50 minutes. To bake, you will need two 25cm baking trays.
