1 – Chicken fricassee

For anyone who has ever eaten chicken fricassee, you know that this recipe, when ready, is a little piece of heaven on earth. Let's learn how to make it, first the ingredients:

  • 1 can of cream
  • 2 shredded chicken breasts
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100g pitted olives (optional)
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of cream cheese
  • 100g straw potatoes
  • 1 can of green corn
  • 200g sliced mozzarella

First of all, put the chicken to cook, after it is cooked and shredded, separate all the ingredients so that they are within easy reach.

In a blender, place the corn, water, cream cheese and cream, blend until it becomes a homogeneous mixture, this will be your corn cream.

Then, in a pan, sauté the corn cream with the chicken, the olive if you choose, and salt to season, leave until it becomes thicker.

  • 3 cups of cooked rice

To start, place a pan with butter over medium heat and wait for it to melt, then add the bacon. Then come the eggs, which should not be fried, the idea is that the yolk remains soft and similar to an omelet.

Season with salt and whatever else you want, add the rice and mix everything, then just add the straw potatoes and your recipe will be ready.

  • 200g white milk chocolate
