BANANA CINNAMON CAKE

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs;
  • 2 and ¼ cups of wheat flour;
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar or 1 tablespoon of stevia;
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder;
  • ¾ cups of milk or vegetable milk;
  • 2 mashed bananas;
  • 1 cup of coconut oil or olive oil;
  • ½ cup of crushed walnuts.

Method of preparation:

  1. In a mixer, place the eggs, sugar, milk and oil or olive oil and beat for about 5 minutes. Then add the wheat flour and baking powder, beat, mix everything and set aside.
  2. Add the mashed bananas and crushed walnuts and mix well until the mixture is smooth. Add the bananas to the mixture using a spoon and transfer the mixture to a greased pan.
  3. With the oven preheated to 180 ºC, bake the dough for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden.
  4. With the cake warm, sprinkle cinnamon over the cake and serve.

  1. Cut the French toast bread into slices and make a small hole in the side of each slice of bread. Using a pastry bag, fill them with hazelnut cream or dulce de leche.
  2. Separately, mix the eggs and condensed milk in a bowl. Dip the stuffed bread slices in this mixture.
