  • 1 cup of natural yogurt (170g)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup (tea) of stovetop sweetener (or any sugar you prefer)
  • 5 tablespoons of your preferred oil
  • 2 cups (tea) of oat bran 300g (or wheat flour)
  • Cinnamon powder optional
  • Vanilla essence to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  1. Initially, in a blender or in a bowl, mix the natural yogurt, eggs, powdered sweetener (or any other type of sugar), also adding 1 cup of oat bran, oil, vanilla essence and cinnamon to taste.
  2. Then beat all these ingredients for 5 minutes (medium speed), or use a wire whisk to reach a very homogeneous consistency.
  3. Then add the remaining oat bran and beat once more. Finally, add the yeast and mix gently into the dough with the help of a spatula.
  4. Then, transfer the mixture to a greased and floured pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Finally, remove from the oven and wait for it to cool so that you can carefully unmold it and serve it.
