Method of preparation:
- Start in a mixer, placing the coffee, sugar together with the cinnamon, making a mixture.
- Then add the heated water. Then, start beating all of these ingredients for about 10 minutes or until you get a thicker, smoother paste.
- When you are ready to drink the beverage, you just need to add it to a cup (2 tablespoons), adding the warmed milk and mixing everything.
- The creamy coffee made in a blender is ready and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir it every time before drinking it.
2 – LIGHT CREAMY COFFEE RECIPE
Ingredients:
- Hot water – 1 cup
- Instant coffee – 50 g (one sachet)
- Demerara sugar – 1 cup (can be another type)
- Cinnamon to your taste
Method of preparation:
- Let's start this recipe by blending the demerara sugar in a blender until it's super fine. Then just set it aside.
- Immediately after, add the hot water, coffee and half of the sugar that you reserved inside the bowl of your mixer.
- Then continue beating at a higher speed for 5 minutes or until you reach a thick cream. This is a slow process, so don't be alarmed.
- Distribute the mixture into the jars and place in a large covered container. After a while, it may lose some of its creaminess. There are three ways to adjust the mixture: beat it with more sugar, drink it anyway, or beat it again when serving. Store in the refrigerator for 5 days or in the freezer for up to 30 days.
- So, when you drink your coffee, you need to add 2 tablespoons of this coffee to a cup with heated water inside it or 1 tablespoon to a cup with milk.
- To freeze it, let it defrost in the bottom part of the refrigerator and once defrosted, beat it again in the mixer.

- First of all, combine the instant coffee, sugar and warm water in a blender and blend for about 5 minutes until it turns into a cream.
- Then add it to a container, covering it with plastic wrap and leaving it in your freezer for at least 2 hours.
- So whenever you drink it, add 1 teaspoon of the cream to the cold milk. It will last for 6 months in the freezer.
4 – CREAMY COFFEE RECIPE WITH DULCE DE LECHE
Ingredients:
- Sugar – 1/4 cup
- Instant coffee – 1 and ½ tablespoon (preferably Melitta Traditional)
- Boiling water – 1/4 cup
- Creamy dulce de leche – 2 tablespoons
- Milk – 2 cups of tea
- Cornstarch – 2 tablespoons (preferably Maisena brand))
Method of preparation:
- First, in the bowl of a mixer, add the sugar and instant coffee and start mixing them.
- Then add the water that has already boiled, beating for about 10 minutes, or until it gains volume, resembling meringue, and then set aside.
- In the pan, add the milk along with the cornstarch and mix until they can be dissolved.
- As soon as you put it on a not-so-high heat, stir constantly for 3 minutes, or until it boils.
- Spread the dulce de leche in the deep part of 2 cups, adding the cornstarch cream and finishing by adding some instant coffee foam.
5 – CREAMY COFFEE WITH CHOCOLATE
Ingredients:
- Sugar – 2 cups
- Instant coffee – 100 g
- Cocoa – 4 tablespoons (or chocolate powder)
- Milk – 1 teacup (already at boiling point)
Method of preparation:
