  • Sweet cassava starch – 1/2 cup (55 g)
  • Milk – 1/2 cup (120 mL)
  • Water – 2 tablespoons (30 mL)
  • of Oil – 1/4 cup (60 mL)
  • Grated standard Minas cheese – 150 g
  • Grated Parmesan cheese – 5 tablespoons (50 g)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Egg (1 unit)

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
