O Pizza Spaghetti It's a traditional recipe in my family. We didn't invent it, my sister learned the recipe from an ex-boss, if I'm not mistaken, and taught it to us.
However, no one else in our community knew this recipe, and they learned about it from us.
Therefore, I consider it a traditional recipe for my family. Without further ado, read on and learn how to prepare this delicious meal.

About Pizza Noodles
This thread won't tell the story of pizza noodles or anything like that. It's just an introductory summary.
It gets its name because it's like pizza, but instead of pizza dough, we use pasta.
The most traditional recipe uses the same ingredients as mozzarella pizza: mozzarella, tomatoes, olives, cheese and oregano, and mayonnaise to bind the ingredients together.
However, like every good Brazilian who likes to add their own special touch to recipes, we also added a few more ingredients.
Some of them are optional, if you just use the simple ingredients, you will already have a delicious dish.
But, you can make it even juicier and tastier by using some additional ingredients.
See below the list of ingredients for my delicious pizza noodles. I call it mine because I always make it at family lunches; It's a dish that has already become my favorite.
Ingredients for Pizza Noodles

In my last recipe for plantain farofa, I had difficulty putting measurements, because I make it in my head.
However, in this recipe it will be easier to define the measurements, as we will use the 500-gram package of pasta as a base.
I use the tie, because the recipe is not only delicious, but also more beautiful. But you can use penne, shell, screw or other short pasta model.
Then:
- 500 grams of tie/tie pasta;
- 500 grams of mayonnaise (of good quality);
- 4 large tomatoes;
- 1 and a half tablespoons of butter;
- 2 medium packages of pitted olives;
- 2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil;
- 2 large onions;
- 400 grams of mozzarella;
- 1 box of milk cream;
- Oregano, coriander and other herbs of your choice.
With just these ingredients you will have delicious pizza noodles, but if you want to make it even better, you can add broccoli, a boiled egg, a spoonful of cream cheese, or another ingredient that you think would go well together.
The portion of ingredients can also vary, for example, if you like cheese, you can add more grams.
However, it is important to maintain a balance between the amount of pasta and the other ingredients.

Method of preparation
The first step is to heat the pasta cooking water. While it heats up, you should cut the ingredients into small pieces and set aside.
The pasta cooking time will depend on the model you choose. In the case of the bowtie, although it is small, it takes longer to cook.
For example, its cooking time can be up to 15 minutes, so you should cook it for a maximum of 10 minutes for this recipe.
This is because, it still goes in the oven, if it bakes for too long, it will be overcooked.
When you've finished cutting the ingredients, take a frying pan and add the onion to brown with the butter and a pinch of salt.
I don't like onions, so I always do it that way; It lacks the strong onion flavor, but is very tasty.
If you prefer, you don't need to do this process, just mix the onion with the other ingredients, but the result may be different; It's more a matter of taste.
Next, drain the pasta and place it in an ovenproof dish, then mix all the ingredients.
You can mix mayonnaise, sour cream and cottage cheese in a separate container and then add to the pasta.
Everything mixed well? Add the olive oil, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a low oven for 20 minutes, or when you see that it is bubbling and the ingredients are cooked.
If you don't have aluminum foil, you can use it without.

Side dishes
At home, we always eat it with roast chicken, a raw green salad or as a single dish.
It is up to each person to choose. On special parties, it is eaten with farofa, rice, beans and other things, but I don't recommend it.
