  • 1 large chopped onion;
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves;

  • 1 spoon of cumin;
  • 1 bunch of coriander;
  • Parsley to taste;
  • 1 dessert spoon of bay leaf powder;
  • Salt to taste;
  • Black pepper to taste;
  • Oregano to taste.

Method of preparation:

1. Start by seasoning the chicken breast with cumin, salt, black pepper and bay leaf powder, and leave it aside for 20 minutes.

2. After 20 minutes of seasoning, put it on the fire to cook with 300ml of water.

3. After this time, remove and shred the chicken and set aside with the seasoning left over from cooking.

4. Cut the zucchini into thin slices lengthwise.

5. Then season the zucchini with black pepper to taste and set aside for a few minutes to pick up the seasoning.

6. Place the zucchini slices in the pan and grill a little to reduce the amount of liquid in the zucchini.

7. Now in the pan where the chicken was cooked, add the cream and cream cheese and leave it on the fire, stirring constantly for 10 minutes.

8. In a separate pan, place the chopped onion, chopped peppers, garlic, parsley, coriander, and add the chicken.

Sauté a little and then add the tomato sauce and leave for 5 minutes.

1. First, start in the following order: white sauce, zucchini, chicken and cheese.

2. Repeat the process and finish with cheese and oregano.

  • 300g cashew nuts;
  • 5 tomatoes;
  • Leek;
  • Chives to taste;
  • Parsley to taste;
  • 3 zucchini;
  • Basil to taste.

Method of preparation:

1. Soak the cashew nuts for 1 hour.

2. Then, blend the tomatoes in a blender until there are no pieces left.

3. In a pan, place the leek, chives, parsley and salt.

4. Sauté everything and add the blended tomatoes in a blender and let it boil until it thickens.

5. Place the chestnuts in the blender with the water they were soaking in, and blend until they become a paste, add salt and set aside.

6. Now cut the zucchini into thin, long slices and set aside.
