Ingredients to make the ground beef fricassee recipe:
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 100g packet of pitted preserved olives
- 1/2 box of cream
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 200g packet of straw potatoes
- 200 g sliced mozzarella
- Seasoning to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- First, season and cook the ground beef to your liking. Once cooked, separate the meat from the broth so that the meat is very dry and leave it to cool.
- As soon as you do this, you should blend the broth, cream cheese, onion, cream and olives in a blender (if you prefer, you can replace the olives with green corn).
- Then mix the meat with the straw potatoes in a bowl, spread the cream on top and finish with mozzarella.
- The last step is to put it in the oven for 15 minutes and then serve.
