We're not talking about a simple cake, we're talking about the spectacular easy suflair cake, because it doesn't have to be a flavor show, it has to be easy to prepare. Ingredients to make Easy Soufflé Cake:

  •  6 units of eggs
  •  1 cup cocoa powder
  •  2 cups of wheat flour (280 grams)
  •  2 cups of sugar (320 grams)
  •  ½ cup hot water
  •  1 tablespoon baking powder
  •  4 Suflair chocolate bars (520 g)
  •  2 cans of cream
  •  2 tablespoons of brandy
  •  2 cups of chocolate flavored milk drink
  •  Margarine (for greasing)

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  1. Start by beating the egg whites until stiff and add the egg yolks, one by one. Add the cocoa, sugar and wheat flour and gradually add the hot water. Gently mix in the yeast.
  2. Pour the dough into a greased pan (27 cm in diameter). Then, bake the dough in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 30 minutes and remove it to cool so you can unmold it.
  3. Next, for the topping (and filling), simply melt the 3 Suflair chocolate bars in a bain-marie in the microwave. Add the cream and a spoonful of brandy, mixing to form a uniform cream.
  4. To assemble, simply cut the cake in half. Moisten both halves with the chocolate and cognac milk syrup. Cover one half with half of the cream, and place the other half of the cake on top. The remaining filling is used to cover everything.
