- 1 cup (tea) of margarine
- 1 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
- A cup (tea) of chocolate powder
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 cup (tea) of grated coconut
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 cup (tea) of cornstarch
- 1 cup (tea) of milk
To the roof:
- 1 cup (tea) of margarine
- 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup (tea) milk
HOW TO PREPARE THE DOUGH
- First of all, add the margarine and sugar and beat well, without stopping, then add the egg yolks, chocolate and coconut.
- Then add the flour, cornstarch and yeast, alternating with the milk.
- Then beat the egg whites until stiff. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured ring-shaped pan and bake in a moderate oven for 40 minutes.
HOW TO PREPARE THE TOPPING:
- Then combine the ingredients over low heat until it boils, around 5 minutes.
- Finally, finish by pouring it over the cold cake.
