- 1 package of cornstarch biscuits or champagne biscuits
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 small box of cream
- 1 can of regular milk
- 2 egg yolks, sifted
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour or cornstarch
- 2 cups of strawberry tea
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Strawberry and whipped cream to decorate
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- In a pan, place the condensed milk, the milk (reserve a little to dissolve the wheat), the sifted egg yolks (beat moderately), the vanilla and the flour mixed in the milk you had reserved.
- Stir constantly until it thickens, a process that lasts around 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the cream with the whey. If necessary, blend the cream in a blender, as balls form in the cream that need to be broken up.
- In a glass baking dish, follow this order: a layer of cookies (moistening the cookies in milk with a light pinch of sugar), a layer of chopped strawberries, half of the cream. Just follow the order finishing the layers, pouring the cream on top. If you want to decorate as you like, you can use strawberries and whipped cream.
