Ingredients to make Chicken fillet with mustard and honey sauce:
- 400 g of chopped chicken breast
- 24 g Mustard (2 tablespoons)
- 36 g honey (2 tablespoons)
- 13 mL olive oil (1 tablespoon)
- salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- First, put the chicken in a bowl and add the mustard, honey, salt, black pepper and olive oil, mixing all of these ingredients well.
- Then, place the container with the covered chicken in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
- After that, preheat your Airfryer for 2-3 minutes at 200°C. Then, gently place the chicken pieces in it so that the sauce doesn't run out.
- Now leave the Airfryer at a temperature of 200°C for 6 minutes, open it after these minutes to turn the chicken fillets and brown the other side.
- By chance, there was some honey sauce left over and shown in the bowl, put it on top of the chicken.
- Finally, return to the Airfryer for another 6 minutes. After that, it's ready to serve!

- Ingredients: Pay attention to the honey you are going to use, this recipe loses a honey with a more neutral flavor, for example, honey with propolis does not give the same result, because it has a strong flavor.
- Cooking: The time it takes to roast chicken in the Airfryer will depend on the size of the fillets, longer if they are large and shorter if they are smaller.
