Everything you need to know to register
The first step to registering with CadÚnico is to look for the CRAS – Social Assistance Reference Center – in your municipality and request registration.
To this end, the institution requests the following documents from the family representative:
- CPF;
- Voter Registration Card
Dependents of the entire family must present at least one of the following documents:
- Birth or marriage certificate;
- CPF;
- Identity;
- Work card or voter registration card;
- Administrative certificate of indigenous birth.
