Check the ingredients:

  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • 1 can of milk in the same measure as condensed milk;
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence;
  • 1 sifted yolk;
  • 1 can of cream;
  • 1 tablespoon full of cornstarch.

Separate all these ingredients and start your white pavé cream recipe by dissolving the cornstarch in the milk.

Mix lightly until it dissolves completely and there are no lumps left.

Now in a pan, add all the other ingredients, such as the egg yolk, milk, condensed milk and others, along with the dissolved cornstarch and mix well so that it is incorporated before putting it on the fire.

Place the pan over low heat and stir constantly until it starts to come away from the bottom of the pan, similar to brigadeiro.

Once you reach this point, transfer your cream to a plate or bowl and cover with plastic wrap, leave it attached to the cream to adhere well and let it cool.
