Understanding why the number 3 is so important to the Christ bread recipe
The Holy Trinity is composed of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The three virtues are faith, hope and charity, expected by a good Christian. There were three wise men, Christ was denied by Peter three times. Jesus died on the sixth day, and he was resurrected on the third day.
Furthermore, yeast should not be made during Lent, only after Easter, because the resurrection marks the moment that Jesus consecrates himself as Christ, this bread is for Christ and not for Jesus.
Like all these symbols and rituals, the donation of bread yeast became something like an inheritance, preserving the original recipe.
The representation of bread by Christians symbolizes the Body of Christ, even with all this meaning, there are several superstitions throughout this time.
After all, the person receiving the part of the yeast would never risk losing it, nor would they stop making donations, doing everything they could to pass on the third part.

The bread of Christ that we consume today is not good for our health at all!
It creates an addiction and, furthermore, since it was created, according to the information, it has never been healthy. However, in other periods it had this aspect of facing up to situating itself in a type of life according to the current reality.
A bread made in other times did not have the amount of gluten that it has, and it is believed that the gluten concentrated in this bread has increased by around 400% in recent years.
It is clear that this could be a serious danger to our health, something like a gluten bomb for our body.
Did you know that gluten harms our body in several ways?
If you didn't know, then you should know that in our intestine, this gluten has a function that forms something like a glue that fixes itself to the intestinal walls.
The “glue” gradually causes saturation in this organ and interferes with digestion.
In addition, it causes mild inflammation, hypersensitivity, and changes in our metabolism, largely because gluten stimulates the insulin-glycemic system, bringing with it other damage, such as:
- Accumulation of abdominal fat
- Joint pain
- Allergies
- Headaches
- Bad mood and irritability
- Feeling unwell
Anyway, even with all this information, Christ's bread is still a very present recipe!
