- 4 ears of green corn
- ¹/² cup of water
- ¹/² cup of oil

- 3 eggs
- 1 ¹/² cup of wheat flour

Method of preparation
Separate the corn kernels, cutting them close to the cob.
Blend the corn with water in a blender.
Sift and return the creamed corn to the blender. Add the oil, condensed milk and eggs and beat again.
Pour this mixture into a container, add the wheat flour, baking powder and mix well.
Place the dough in a round shape with a central hole measuring 20 cm in diameter. Bake at 200°C, preheated, for approximately 40 minutes.
After it is warm, just remove it from the mold, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of rice tea
- 3 cups of milk tea
- 2 teacups of water
- ⅓ cup of sugar
- Half a can of condensed milk
- 1 orange peel
- 1 raw cinnamon
- 3 cloves
- 1 pinch of salt
- Cinnamon powder to taste
Method of preparation
Wash the orange peel under running water and then dry.
Cut the orange peel into strips using a vegetable peeler or knife. Be careful not to extract the white part, the recipe could be bitter.
Mix the milk, water, sugar and salt in a medium saucepan.
Add the rice, orange peel strips, cinnamon and cloves. Place over high heat and stir until it boils.

- 3 eggs
- 2 cans of condensed milk 395g
- 100 g of butter
- 5 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 cup grated semi-cured cheese
- 200g grated dry coconut
Syrup
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of water
Method of preparation
Pass the yolks through a sieve into a container, add the egg whites and beat with a whisk for approximately 30 seconds.
Add the condensed milk and butter, mix and gradually add the wheat flour, cheese and coconut. Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Place paper cups inside the pie molds.
Place the dough and bake at 200°C, preheated, for approximately 35 minutes or until golden and set aside.
Syrup
Mix the sugar with the water in a pan and heat over low heat, without stirring. Let it thicken until it reaches a fine point. Pour over the cheesecakes and serve.
