METHOD OF PREPARATION:

- First, beat the egg whites until stiff in a mixer, gradually adding the sugar and beat for 3 minutes.
- Then add the egg yolks, wheat, and juice to this mixture and continue beating until you get a uniform dough. Then, add the yeast, beating for another 40 seconds at the lowest speed of your mixer.

- Then, simply bake in a preheated oven at a medium temperature (180 °C) for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
