Let's see how to prepare a birthday cake for chocolate, because nothing reminds us of our childhood and warms our hearts as much as a chocolate cupcake.
See the dough ingredients;
- 2 cups of wheat flour tea;
- 1 ½ cups of sugar;
- 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder;
- ½ cup of corn oil;
- 2 units of eggs;
- 1 cup of chocolate powder 70%;
- 1 cup of milk tea;
See now the filling and topping ingredients:
- 400g chopped semi-sweet chocolate;
- 1 box of cream;
- 1 tablespoon of butter;
- 1 teaspoon of hazelnut essence;
- 1 package of ball sprinkles;
- 1 pack of brigadeiro, if purchased ready-made;
- 1 package of ball sprinkles;
- 1 package of nugget sprinkles.
To prepare the dough, separate a bowl and add flour, yeast and sugar, making a small well in the middle placing the oil and eggs, then stir well and combine the ingredients.
Then mix the milk and chocolate powder 70%, so you can add it little by little in your first mixture.
Grease a mold of approximately 20 centimeters with butter and sprinkle with wheat flour, pour the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for approximately 40 minutes.
Let's move on now to preparing the filling and topping. The first step will be to melt the semi-sweet chocolate, this can be done in the microwave by placing it every 30 seconds, but be careful not to burn it, so stir constantly.
When melted, add the butter, cream and hazelnut essence, stir well and leave at room temperature for at least 2 hours before using to assemble your cake.
As soon as the dough has cooled, the cake must be cut into 4 layers and to make it moist, we will moisten it with milk mixed with chocolate powder 70%, then spread two tablespoons of chocolate filling.
And to decorate, roll brigadeiros with separate sprinkles, but you can use whatever you want too.
The decorated brigadeiros can be placed at the base of the cake or on the top with some writing, depending on what you like most about your birthday cake.
Finally, your cake can be served at room temperature, or ice cream, which is also very tasty.
