- 750g potatoes

- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of milk

- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Oregano
- Freshly ground pepper
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 300g cooked and shredded chicken breast
- Rum
- 2 tomatoes
METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Assembly:
- To assemble, flour your hands and a surface so that you can shape the dough into discs.
- Then add a little filling to the central part of these discs, closing them gently so they don't fall apart.
- Then heat a frying pan already greased with olive oil and brown the dumplings over low heat. Gently turn them over using a spatula as soon as one side is golden brown. Finally, serve while still hot.
