1 – Banana peel brigadeiro
- 2 chopped and cleaned banana peels;
- condensed milk;
- 1 tablespoon of butter;
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder;
Separate all the ingredients and blend in a blender to make a homogeneous mixture.

Then place a pan over low heat and add the mixture, be sure to stir and wait until it reaches the brigadeiro consistency, coming away from the bottom of the pan.
You can eat it straight from the plate with a spoon, or roll it up to eat with sprinkles.
2 – Potato skin chips
- 1kg of potatoes;
- salt to taste;
- freshly ground black pepper to taste;
- ½ tablespoon of olive oil.
To prepare your snack, start by preheating the oven to 200°C. In the meantime, wash the potato skins thoroughly. Use a brush and running water to thoroughly clean and remove all impurities.
Using a clean dish towel, dry the potatoes thoroughly. It is important to try to remove all the water so that they remain crispy.
Cut the peel into large strips, trying to do it in one motion so that it doesn't get too small. You can use specific graters to help with the process.
Set the potatoes aside for another recipe and return to their skins. Spread them out on a baking tray and season with salt, olive oil and pepper.
Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Then serve as an appetizer.
3 – Pineapple peel juice
- Pineapple peels;
- 1 liter of water;
- sugar to taste.
After using your pineapple and only having the peels left, wash it well and place it in a blender.
Blend the peels well so that they are more homogeneous and well crushed. When you reach this point, strain the pulp and put it back in the blender.
Add the sugar and water, remember that pineapple can usually be sweet, so the sugar can make it quite sweet.
4 – Fake pizza
- 2 eggs;
- 3 stale, sliced breads;
- salt to taste;
- onion, olives and parsley to taste;
- 1 cup of tomato sauce.
In a baking dish, make a layer on the bottom with the sliced bread and spread the tomato sauce.
Also place the sliced onions, parsley and olives on top. Meanwhile, prepare the egg whites in the mixer and once they are ready, add the egg yolks.
Cover the bread with the egg cream and bake for about 20 minutes. Depending on the temperature used, keep an eye on it, as it may be ready faster.
