Homemade passion fruit ice cream recipe

It is because of all these benefits that we are now going to discover an incredibly easy recipe for homemade passion fruit ice cream.

And to prepare it you will need the following ingredients:

  • 200ml of concentrated, sugar-free passion fruit juice;
  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • 1 box of milk cream;
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
  • pulp of 1 passion fruit.

To prepare the concentrated passion fruit juice, start by removing the pulp from the fruit with a spoon, and blend it in a blender with just a little water.

Strain with a sieve and add a little more water to complete the 200ml of concentrated juice.

Reserve the pulp with another fruit so you can finish your passion fruit ice cream. 

Now that you have all the ingredients separated, let's get started. In a blender, blend the condensed milk, lemon juice, concentrated passion fruit juice and cream.

Let it beat for approximately 5 minutes, if you want a creamier consistency you can beat more!

Take half of the passion fruit pulp that was reserved and mix with a spoon, this way the seeds can remain whole and add an extra charm.

Place all of your passion fruit ice cream in a refractory and place in the freezer for approximately 4 hours, or until it reaches a firmer consistency.

Once ready, you can serve it and use the rest of the passion fruit pulp to decorate.
