1 – Easy stuffed chicken breast

This chicken breast recipe yields around 4 servings and takes around 50 minutes to prepare. Check out the ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • oregano to taste

  • 2 and ½ cups of tomato sauce
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • too many seasonings to taste

To prepare, separate all the ingredients, and let's start by cutting the chicken breast into two parts, then cutting it in half, just like a loaf of bread.

Season the chicken with salt, pepper and any seasonings you prefer, then move on to the stuffing. Add cream cheese to each part, top with sliced tomatoes and sprinkle with a little oregano.

Close them and insert the toothpicks, they can be toothpicks or barbecue sticks, so that they stay well closed during cooking.

In a hot frying pan, let the chicken grill on both sides and seal well.

Preheat the oven to 180°C for 20 minutes and transfer all the chicken to a baking dish, cover with tomato sauce. After 20 minutes, you can serve it however you like.

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 200ml of cream
  • 200g creamy cottage cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 1kg of diced chicken breast
  • ½ tablespoon saffron
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • 1 and ½ of homemade broth

The first step to this delicious recipe is to separate all of your ingredients, as well as the pan that will be used.

Start by placing the margarine in a pan over medium heat, add the chicken and let it sauté for a while.

After that, add the onion and cook for about 5 minutes, but don't let it burn or the taste will be tainted.

In the pan, add the broth and the saffron together with the chicken, mix well so that it absorbs the flavor.

Lower the heat and let it cook for another twenty minutes, but do not let it burn. After this time, add the flour and stir until it thickens, add the salt and any seasonings you want.

Finally, add the cream and cottage cheese, mixing until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
