- Condensed milk – 2 cans
- Cream – 1 can
- Powdered milk – 10 to 12 tablespoons
- Chocolate filled cookies – 2 packages (roughly broken)
- Chocolate flavored fractionated coating for dipping
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Let's start the preparations by mixing the condensed milk and cream together with the powdered milk in a pan, over medium heat.
- Then continue stirring constantly until it starts to come away from the bottom. Once off the stove, add the crushed cookies, mixing them well.
- Then, line a rectangular pan (30 x 20 cm) with plastic wrap and pour the mixture over it.
- Wait for it to cool, then wrap it in plastic wrap and leave it in the freezer for 2 hours, or in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
- Now that the dough has been unmolded, cut it into squares (6 cm each) and dip it in the melted topping.
- To finish, drain and transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper. Then decorate as desired and place in the fridge to set for a maximum of 10 minutes.
