For the pudding:
- 3 units of eggs
- 1 box of condensed milk
- 600 ml of milk
For the syrup:
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- ½ cup (tea) of hot water
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Syrup:
1- In a pan, add the sugar until it melts and turns golden brown, be careful not to overcook it and burn it.
2 – Then, add half a cup of hot water and stir well. Then wait for it to boil and dissolve the sugar lumps so that the syrup thickens.
3 – Immediately after, pour the syrup in the same proportion between the containers and set aside.
Pudding:
4- In a blender, mix all the pudding ingredients and place in a reserved pan.
5- Now place the lunch boxes in a large pan and place in the oven. Fill a large pan with water, reaching half the height of the lunch boxes;
6 – then turn the oven on to a temperature of 180 degrees and bake the puddings in this bain-marie for 1 hour and a half.
7- When removing from the oven, wait for it to cool before closing the containers, now just keep it in the refrigerator until ready to use.
