- 2kg of cleaned seven-beard shrimp, seasoned with salt, lemon and garlic;
- 2 cups of milk (full);
- 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese;
- olive oil and butter;
- 1 medium onion;
- 3 chopped garlic cloves;
- 1 fresh cream;
- 2 tablespoons of grated cheese;
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour;
- 1 pinch of black pepper;
- salt to taste.
To start preparing this recipe, you will need to put the water to boil along with 1 full spoon of salt. When the water in the pan starts to boil, you should add the pasta.
In another pan, add the olive oil and butter and let it melt a little, add the onion and garlic to fry, and when they are golden, add the wheat flour.
Once this is done, the mixture will start to take the form of a dough, which is very easy to burn, so keep stirring. Then add the milk and let it incorporate into the white sauce.
