Creamy chicken gratin recipe 

When we say this recipe is easy, we’re not kidding! 

To make a delicious creamy chicken gratin, you will need the following ingredients: 

  • 1 kg of chicken breast fillet;
  • Olive oil (to taste); 
  • Black pepper (to taste); 
  • ½ package of onion cream;
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard;
  • Sweet or spicy paprika;
  • 1 glass of cottage cheese;
  • ½ box of cream (100g);
  • 2 spoons of green scent; 
  • Mozzarella (to taste);
  • Grated parmesan cheese (to taste).

Method of preparation

First, preheat your oven to 180 degrees beforehand! 

Start by cutting the chicken breast into small cubes and transfer to a platter. After that, it's time to season! Then, add the olive oil, salt, black pepper and paprika.

For the chicken to pick up a little more seasoning, let it rest for a few minutes, before mixing in the rest, ok? 

Once everything is mixed, add the onion cream and mustard. Mix everything very well and set aside for a few moments. 

In another container, you will prepare the sauce. Add the cottage cheese, cream and green chillies, leaving everything very homogeneous. 

Choose a refractory or dish that can go in the oven, place the seasoned chicken breast and, on top, pour the cream you mixed. 

Bake for about 15 minutes and, after that, it's time to add the mozzarella and grated cheese. 

After that, put it back in the oven for another 5 minutes until browned. If your oven has both grills, just leave it for less time and watch until it turns golden. 

And your creamy chicken gratin is ready to be served! Did you see how quick and practical it is? 

Ideally, it should be consumed hot, and the accompaniments range from fluffy white rice, to a fresh salad with leaves and tomato, or even straw potatoes! 

Everything goes very well with this wonderful recipe, from the simplest to the most elaborate!
