Microwave Couscous with Cheese Recipe

To prepare this delicious treat, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 cup of flake;
  • ¾ cup of water;
  • salt to taste;
  • mozzarella cheese to taste.

Start by moistening the flakes with water, stir a little and let it rest for up to 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, grease a pot, bowl, glass or whatever you are going to use to make your couscous with butter, and remember that the container must be microwave-safe.

Place some of the hydrated corn flakes, the cheese on top and the rest of the flakes on top. 

Microwave the couscous for 3 minutes with a plate on top of the container, as it is necessary to cover the couscous.

The 3 minutes is an estimated time, so keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn or become raw.

When you unmold it onto a plate, your microwave couscous with cheese will be ready and, without a doubt, delicious.

It can be consumed alone or with a nice coffee, you can't go wrong with this combination.
